I will require 50% of the cost upfront before i start working on it and 50% after it's completed

I WILL NOT accept request that requires more than ONE floor

I WILL NOT accept requests that require a certain timeframe

I HAVE all the rights to decline a request if i do not like the requested style

YOU should be asking for any alteration before the build is completed if required and not after it's done

The client MIGHT be required to provide items that are locked behind NPC/Progression if asked (If you're are unable to get certain items let me know before the commision starts)

Example of locked items are (Scrip items, Gold Saucer, Doman Enclave, Bozja, PVP, etc...)

Once the build is finished i WILL post it on my socials but address can be privated upon request

If the build is public you are required to keep it as it is for 2 weeks before you can do any alteration to it

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to replicate my design 1 for 1 for monetary purposes (Personal usage is fine)
